How to prepare for a sleep study

Check out our recent Patient Testimonial!

"Before coming to Sleep Diagnostics of Michigan, I awoke 3-4 times each night and falling back to sleep would typically take 20-30 minutes.  I would wake up tired and need to take a nap during the day just to function.

My experience at the clinic was wonderful.  The sleep study was conducted in a very professional manner.  Dr. Alice Stroe and her staff are very attentive and friendly.  The sleep facilities are clean, quiet, comfortable, and very nice.

As a result of the study, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and given a CPAP machine, which I use each night.  I am very happy to report that I no longer wake at night and have had the most restful sleep in over 20 years!

I would recommend Sleep Diagnostics of Michigan to anyone!" -Carol

ApneaLink

ApneaLink is a device that helps screen unidentified Sleep Apnea patients in the privacy of their own home. The ApneaLink device uses a simple nasal cannula to record patient breathing, while the device itself is worn around the torso during sleep. The device is then returned, and an easy-to-interpret report is generated for the sleep technician to review. Click the link to schedule one today!http://www.michigansleep.com/referring-providers
