Director of Operations

Anil Subedi: anil.subedi@michigansleep.com

Anil anil has been working with Sleep Diagnostics of Michigan as Director of Operations. He has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker College, Flint, Michigan; Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Black Belt Training from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from Project Management Institue; Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from Institute of Management Accountants. His specialities include Business Analysis; Financial Statement Analysis; Operations Management; Budgeting & Forecasting; Strategic Planning; Internal Control; Performance Measurement; Project Management; Integration Management; Organizational Team Design and Development; Six Sigma DMAIC Methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). He has been with the company since 2000. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family

Administrator/Human Resources

Leslie Webb: lwebb@michigansleep.com

Leslie completed her BA degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her Masters of Science at DePaul University in Chicago. She concentrated on Human Resources and Business Management in the non profit and health care sector. Leslie did additional leadership training at All Hallows College in Dublin, Ireland. She has worked in Sleep Medicine Administration for 6 years and healhcare for over 10. Leslie has spent several years working on developing leadership skills in Sleep Managers and creating a workforce that excels in this industry. She provides financial oversite and overall practice management. (She also enjoys traveling with her family and spending free weekends in her home town of Traverse City, MI.)

Office Manager

Michelle Ziembo: mziembo@michigansleep.com

Michelle is a Medical Assistant and Certified Phlebotomist with 20 years experience in the medical field. She is our OSHA officer and Patient Complaint Advocate. Michelle has been instrumental in training staff and overseeing our Quality Assurance Program. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and four children. Michelle is a Michigan native, but has also lived for 3 years in Williamsburg Virginia where she worked as a charge registrar in the Williamsburg Community Hospital.

Marty and the rest of the billing staff, Elizabeth Grabow, CPC and Aleshia Rau, are here to help you with your billing account concerns. Marty has worked at Sleep Diagnostics of Michigan, PC., for over 10 years, coming from a varied medical billing background. Marty is our HIPAA Compliance Officer and Credentialing Expert. She is a member of the American Billing Coder Academy and attend meetings each month.

Trevor Belleau, RPSGT, Sleep Lab Manager

Patient care has been the focus of Trevor's career since starting out in his father's home medical business in Escanaba, MI. He has been a Sleep Technologist for more than three years, and earned RPSGT status in 2009. "Working for Sleep Diagnostics of Michigan has been very rewarding. I enjoy the many hats that I wear, and I take honor in helping others." Trevor and his wife Karen are expecting their first baby in October.

ZAck Freeman

Saginaw, West Branch & Mt. Pleasant
Zack Freeman, RPSGT, Sleep Lab Manager

Zack is a Registered Technologist who has been in Sleep Medicine since 2004. He is the author of educational resources for technicians, on-line, and has also written training manuals, presentations and articles. Zack has been the AWAKE (Alive, Well And Keeping Energetic) Support Group Coordinator for over 4 years and he and his wife are both avid CPAP users.

Okemos
Renee Kidder, RPSGT, Sleep Lab Manager

Renee has been registered for the past 18 years. She started at Foote Hospital (now Allegiance) and also has experience in support group and community education on sleep. Prior to working for Sleep Diagnostics she managed a lab in Indianapolis. Renee has been instrumental in the development of CPAP Support groups for the Lansing area and training staff. Renee is also a seasoned photographer, website designer and skilled rock climber.
